Sarah and Aidan

Sarah and Aidan first met in Chicago during their Master of Science in Law program at Northwestern. What began as casual group hangouts quickly evolved into one-on-one time as they discovered how easy and natural it was to be together. A morning run along Lake Michigan turned into an all-day adventure, and before long, they were inseparable. Their shared love of running, good food, and their Catholic faith deepened their connection, and from there, it was clear they were meant to be.

The proposal took place during a family trip to Ireland at the stunning Cliffs of Moher. After a rainy day exploring the cliffs, the skies cleared just as they reached the edge. With the beautiful landscape as a backdrop, Aidan spoke about how lucky he felt to share such incredible moments with his favorite person, before getting down on one knee. With joy and excitement, Sarah gave a resounding yes! It was the perfect way to start this new chapter together.

When it comes to date nights, Sarah and Aidan love to explore. They often try new restaurants in the city, sharing dishes from different parts of the world. Afterward, they enjoy walking home through the bustling streets or curling up at home with their puppy for a cozy movie night. Occasionally, they get swept up by the city's energy and end up dancing the night away. Whatever the night holds, it's always perfect as long as they're together. They can't wait to celebrate their next chapter with all of you!
